Larry Emery is a Sheltering Lead for the Red
Cross Kentuckiana area, as well as a leader within the organization who has been
deployed three times this year alone in support of shelter operations
nationally. Larry even helped set up shelters during the Kentucky Derby
Festival in case of an emergency.
Larry also works with shelter partners in our area to verify locations, check the status of their
supplies, and make sure they are ready in case of an emergency. He is truly a
man that goes above and beyond. We will always be grateful to have you as part
of the Red Cross, thank you Larry for everything that you do.
