Kentucky Region CEO Steve Cunanan (second from right) assisted Fort Knox Red Cross volunteers as they unloaded mattresses. |
Red Cross volunteers from our Fort Knox office arrived early on Tuesday morning to help unload about 100 twin and queen sized Tempur-Pedic mattresses donated by Tempur Sealy. These mattresses will be given to soldiers in need on base through our Red Cross Helping Hands program at Fort Knox.
This is not the first time Tempur Sealy has given back to the community through the Red Cross. In the past, Tempur Sealy has helped support disaster relief efforts through donations to the Red Cross. Tempur Sealy has also made donations of mattresses to the Red Cross House, a short-term recovery center located in University City for families displaced by disaster in the Greater Philadelphia region.
Thank you, Tempur Sealy, for giving back!

Tempur Sealy, joined Red Cross staff on base for the delivery. |
